edden is our integrated solution for generating academic analytics with a focus on the analysis of student engagement, commitment, and participation in virtual classes.

Ana María Mass

Founder and CEO

Ana has more than 25 years of experience in higher education, online learning, and executive education on an international scale.

She served until 2021 as the Dean of Virtual Education at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), a private university with 30,000 students.

She holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of San Andres, a Master’s in Education from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s in Literature from the University of Buenos Aires.

Ana has served as an international interviewer for Harvard University since 2010.

Timoteo Grancharoff

Product Owner and Founder

Timoteo has eight years of experience in distance learning, product management, and content development. He holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from the University of Buenos Aires.

Federico Sevil

Head of Technology

Federico has worked for more than 20 years in the field of IT. He began his career as a programmer and has extensive experience leading teams on implementing complex technology solutions.

Valeria Gludovatz

Responsable de Proyectos (PM)

Valeria has more than 20 years of experience in the field of higher education. Her work in Mass-Ed focuses on the analysis and management of academic projects. Valeria received her Master’s in Education Management at the University of San Andres, where her thesis was entitled: Quality Indicators in Higher Education.

Edgar Altszyler

Data Scientist

Edgar Altszyler holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and a postdoc from the Applied Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of the same university.

He specializes in Artificial Intelligence and Data science applied to the study of social and cultural behavior, psychology and mental health.

In addition, Edgar Altszyler is currently a researcher at CONICET and a professor of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in the Master in Data Mining at UBA.

Silvina Dengra

Data Scientist

Silvina Dengra has a degree in Physics and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She has worked in the academic field for over 15 years, as a teacher and member of research groups. She has further experience in the private sector, working in R&D and data analysis in different industries in the Energy and Services sector. 

Virginia Cardoso Schwindt

Data Scientist

Virginia holds a PhD in Physics from the Universidad Nacional del Sur (UNS). She has a PhD in Surface Physics, and a post doctorate degree in Food Informatics.She teaches Mathematics I and II at the Universidad Nacional de Río Negro for the degrees of Food Engineering and Biotechnology Engineering .

Werner Machuca

Werner is an IT professional with 20 years of experience in computer science, in the areas of programming and development of high availability applications.

William Marcos Krishock

Business Development Associate

William is an upper-level student at the University of Buenos Aires, where he expects to complete his Industrial Engineering degree in 2022. He serves as a Teaching Assistant for the “Industries I” course in the School of Engineering.

Pace Moreno Bongiovanni

Researcher / UX Consultant

Pace is a recent graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where he completed a Cognitive Science degree with a minor in Data Science. He is passionate about investigating users through a holistic research approach and utilizing his skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to make evidence-based UX/UI decisions and effectively identify areas for improvement, while also providing human-centric solutions to them.

 

Maximiliano Potenzoni

Communications Specialist

Maxi is an advanced student of Philosophy at the University of Buenos Aires, with a keen interest in writing, photography, and music. He is now writing a book on the power and limits of communication. He combines his skills with his passion for education and communication to support Mass-Ed’s multimedia communications efforts.

 

 

Bryan J. Dickens

Chief Commercial Officer

Bryan has over twenty years of experience in psychology, education and technology stemming from his career as a federal law enforcement behavioral profiler.

Bryan is an instructor and advisor on cybersecurity in higher education and the Fortune 500, serving multiple institutions as an advisory board member throughout the eastern United States.  He also consults on emerging technology, workforce initiatives, global learning, and online education.

Carlos Camin

Carlos is a self-made entrepreneur. Thirty-nine years ago he created Camin Cargo Control,Inc (CCC), a private oil services company based in Houston, TX, with operations in the Americas and Europe. 

Carlos heads the Monica and Carlos Camin Charitable Fund, a philantropic foundation supporting Jewish organizations in Israel, Argentina and USA.

He is also a Member of the Board at c3: Initiative, Stelo Arts, a non-profit private foundation.

Patricia Hall

Member

IT specialist with wide experience as a technology leader in major corporations. Patricia has led the IT departments of companies in the fields of telecommunications (Telefonica, Telmex), finance (Citibank) and education (UADE). She also headed the Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer at UADE.

Ms. Hall holds a BS in IT from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master’s in Strategic IT Management from UADE.

Adam Black

Adam is a pioneer in the area of Ed Tech. He held leadership positions in strategy and business development, product, technology, and learning science and data at several of the world's largest education companies. He also advised over 160 education technology startups and led the development of market-leading Ed Tech products in the U.S. higher education, global K12, global ELT, and corporate sectors used by over 60 million students. 

In 2020, Adam founded enablinginsights to advise mission-driven Ed Tech companies on global growth and impact strategies. Adam comes from a family of educators, holds a PhD in Astrophysics from Cambridge University and is driven by a passion for education.

Lisandro Bril

Member

Lisandro is a pioneer in the Latin American Venture Capital Industry where he has been working for more than 20 years. Founder and Managing Partner of Oikos VC and Axia Ventures Company Builder. As of 2015 he is also Managing Partner of ALTA VENTURES PanAmerican Venture Capital Fund.

He supports early-stage tech investors in South America, Israel and USA.

Mr. Bril holds a BA in Economics (Cum Laude) from University of Buenos Aires, and a MPA from Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government.
